RLC acquires and develops resource projects, by conducting detailed target orientated exploration.

RLC uses "exploration" as a value adding activity. Exploration includes ground observations in combination with highly specialised applications of sophisticated software to process volumes of data acquired by various remote sensing and ground survey techniques.

Resource Projects are selected and developed so as to either:

• enable rapid development into profitable mines, or
• maximize their "saleability" to mining companies.

Where RLC introduces mining companies to its projects, this would be in exchange for:

• retentions of free carried equity; or
• production royalties, and
• cash.

RLC's strategy increases the chance of success by spreading risk, contrasting with the more risky strategy of investing in a single prospect.
